Membership dues to the USS McKean Reunion Association go toward funding our newsletter, the Scuttlebutt, and to help with the cost of reunions. Two or three Scuttlebutts are sent to our subscribing members each year. In the Scuttlebutt’s you will find entertaining articles for your reading pleasure among these subjects:

• past or future reunion information and updates
• shipmate submitted articles
• general articles of US Naval, maritime, or nautical interest
• and humor

The annual dues for membership are $15 and are due each January. Make checks payable to: USS McKean Reunion Association and mail to:

If you are a NEW member, please include as much of the following information as you can. This information will never be used for general distribution:

• years you were aboard the McKean (Ex: 1962-1964)
• rate/rating when you left the McKean (Ex: RM3 or BMC)

• name
• address
• phone number

On our website, we include NAME, YEARS ABOARD, RATE/RATING, and EMAIL ADDRESS only.
